We rented the cottage for a week. Andrew and Andrea were lovely hosts, where nothing is too much effort. The cottage is well equipped and in a great location, the only, very slight downside being the farm road which leads to it as part of it is not tarmacked.

Excellent cottage with everything you need. Hot tub a bonus and looks over the wolds. Plenty of places to get to. The host were superb and were available at any time with queries. Location perfect for us

Fab cottage, lovely hosts who show you around then leave you to enjoy your hol unless you need anything. Hot tub is a real treat! Thoughtful welcome hamper too. We really hope to visit again and I’ve been recommending the cottage to friends and colleagues.

We enjoyed immensely our festive break at this beautiful property with outstanding views over the Lincolnshire Wolds AONB. We discovered some lovely walks both along the coast, as well as inland. One, at Snipe Dales, didn't even require us to take the car. On top of the great facilities, we were spoilt with homemade jams, and some delicious wine. A big thank you to our hosts Andrea and Andrew. We hope to stay again in the future.

Enjoyed a lovely break here with my two children and our dog. The hosts Andrew and Andrea were very welcoming and communication was excellent from start to finish. The accommodation was very comfortable and spacious with everything you need. The property is in an excellent location for exploring Lincolnshire, we visited Jubilee Park, Anderby Creek, bike ride along the Spa Trail and a meal at the George and Dragon, food was excellent. All this was then made relaxing by spending the evening enjoying the hot tub and beautiful sunsets. Our dog loved exploring the large garden and woodland area. Would highly recommend and would love to return again.

A lovely clean, well maintained holiday home. Well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. A welcome pack included home made jam and cake and a bottle of Prosecco. Beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Plenty of room for two couples with the bonus of a second sitting room with TV. Perfect for a family too. Andrew and Andrea were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area. Our dogs loved it too. 3.5 acres of garden and woodland to walk in and sit under the shade of the Willow trees on a sunny day. The hot tub a real bonus and is kept scrupulously clean. Will return.

White Oak Cottage is immaculately clean and set in a stunning location enjoying views of the surrounding countryside. The cottage has two decent sized bedrooms both with ensuite. There is a main living/dining area and then a second sitting room and a well equipped kitchen. On arrival there was a lovely welcome basket which included home made cake, home made jam and prosecco. Outside you have your own patio area with tables and chairs and a hot tub which is very well maintained and takes in the amazing views. There are extensive grounds which you were welcome to use and was perfect for a woodland walk with our dogs and, during the recent heat wave, to spend the afternoon in the shade below the willow trees. Andrew and Andrea, the owners, live next door but this does not impact your privacy. They both could not be more helpful and welcoming and are perfect hosts. You are well located for exploring this part of Lincolnshire, there is a pub about 20 minutes walk away which was very good. In conclusion a clean and comfortable, well equipped cottage in a stunning location where you will be made to feel very welcome. UPDATE! January 2023 - have just returned from another fantastic week here. The hot tub in the winter is amazing and the cottage, with the wood burner, so cosy. Looking forward to our third visit! UPDATE JANUARY 2024! Just returned from our third visit and had a lovely time. The usual warm welcome from Andrew and Andrea, some great walks locally, a trip to the beach and Gunby National Trust Estate. Hot tub at the end of the day a real pleasure.

Wow! What a fantastic staycation with the family at the white oak cottage, a picturesque cottage with stunning views over the lincolnshire wolds. Amazing hosts with a vast knowledge of the local area and attractions.

This is an excellent place to stay friendly hosts who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The property is well appointed with lots of great features there are 2 bedrooms both of which have ensuite bathrooms .The sitting room has a wood burner and a tv.There is a dinning table in the sitting room so you can make a home cooked meal in the well equipped kitchen after a day sightseeing .After a day out sight seeing you can enjoy a nice glass of something while relaxing in the hot tub under the stars .
